When will my payment method be officially charged?
In alignment with our commitment to fair billing, we only initiate the final charge (settlement) once we are prepared to fulfill and ship your order. You will not see a finalized debit from your account until your items have reached the fulfillment stage.
What happens to my payment if an order is canceled?
If an order is canceled for any reason, no final charge is processed. Because we only capture funds at the point of fulfillment, a cancellation effectively stops the transaction before the money is moved from your account.
Why do I see a transaction on my statement if the order hasn't shipped?
What you are seeing is an Authorization Hold (also known as a pre-authorization).

The Purpose: This is a standard banking procedure used to verify that funds are available and to "reserve" them for your purchase.

The Appearance: On most mobile banking apps, this may appear as a "Pending" or "Processing" charge.

The Resolution: We do not "capture" these funds until fulfillment. If your order is canceled, this hold will not convert into a charge; instead, it will simply fall off your statement within a few business days.
I used a third-party provider (Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, G Pay, etc.)—why was I charged immediately?
Certain third-party payment services are configured to capture funds immediately to secure the transaction.

Refund Process: If your order is canceled, a refund is triggered automatically within our system.

Timeframe: While we release the funds instantly, please allow a 48-hour window for the credit to reflect in your account. This duration is determined by the third-party provider’s internal processing speeds.
How can I distinguish between a hold and a final charge?
Most financial institutions label temporary holds as "Pending." Once we fulfill your order and the transaction is finalized, the status will change to "Cleared" or "Posted." If an order is canceled while in "Pending" status, the line item will eventually vanish from your history entirely.
